If you don’t receive an email, check your spam/junk folder, set it as important so it will always come as a primary email within they gmail account or try again.
If you have a Giko+ subscription, you can cancel it or change your plan at any time. Please keep in mind
that cancelling your Giko+ subscription will not be Subscribe to your Giko+ account , if applicable.
You’ll continue to have access to Giko+ until the end of your current billing period but will not be
charged moving forward. We do not refund or credit for partially used billing periods.
You can view information about your Giko+ subscription directly from your Account page using a
mobile or web browser. From the Account page, you can view your email address, invoice provider, current
subscription plan, payment date, payment history and more.
